Heavy-duty trailers are long and wide. The length of its horizontal and straight tie rods is adjustable, and the tie rods are connected with the intermediate connecting plates of each axis, so that the wheels of each axle can rotate at different angles.
There are generally three working modes: traction steering driven by the traction rod; controlled steering by manual operation or electric switch control; automatic central steering driven by the rotatable carrier frame of the long cargo trailer. Normally, when heavy-duty trucks run on straight sections of highways and large curves, flatbed trailers use traction steering, and long-cargo trailers use center automatic steering; when passing through small curves or parked in place at loading and unloading sites, control steering is used; Bridge-type trailers should also be used to control steering in order to travel or stop precisely on the required route.
